Salomon XA FORCES JUNGLE Black

The XA FORCES JUNGLE, here in the color Black, is a very light, tactical boot designed for missions under the toughest conditions such as in the jungle. The experience from the previous model, coordinated with the XA Forces line, resulted in this modern, quick-drying, and athletic mission boot.

The main task of the upper shoe is to minimize heat and moisture in such harsh conditions. Therefore, the upper is made of thin, sturdy, and quick-drying mesh materials as well as coated PU leather. To speed up the drainage and drying process, drainage holes and a perforated padding have been incorporated. The 8 Inch (20.32 cm) high shaft is very flexible and protects the foot from penetrating dirt. The SensiFit™ system wraps the foot from the midsole to the classic lacing system, ensuring a secure, snug, and almost custom fit on the foot. The 3D rubber toe cap protects the foot from impacts and makes working in rough terrain very comfortable. On the inside, the shoe is reinforced with an additional material to support climbing and fast rappelling.

In missions, the performance and stability of the sole construction are crucial. With the combination of the Contagrip® MA outsole, the 3D Advanced Chassis, and the puncture-resistant Enigma Zero HT2 insole, all product requirements are met at the highest level. The OrthoLite® insole provides a comfortable fit and additional cushioning inside the shoe, while the perforations in the sole support foot climate.

The XA FORCES JUNGLE is a modern, light, and athletic shoe for the toughest conditions in warm and humid environments, where a long mission feels like a walk in the park.
