Designed for precise, swift, and nimble police or military operations. Inspired by Salomon’s most renowned trail running shoe, the XA Pro 3D. The ISO certified XA FORCES MID WIDE EN features a wider last and impresses with its athleticism, lightness, grip, and versatility.
The tactical boot officially meets the testing standards of ISO 20347:2012 and the related standards for puncture resistance, antistatic properties, and slip resistance.
The upper material must be durable, sturdy, and very flexible. To meet these demands, a blend of Anti Debris Mesh, full-grain leather, and single-layer mesh is used, which is non-reflective. The 3D rubber toe cap protects the foot from impacts and makes use in rough terrain very comfortable. The SensiFit™ system wraps the foot from the midsole to the Quicklace™ quick-lacing system, ensuring a secure, snug, and almost custom fit. This WIDE version has a last with an additional 12 mm circumference in the instep area, providing extra comfort for broad feet. On the inside, the shoe is reinforced with extra material to support climbing and rapid rappelling.
In operations, the performance and stability of the sole construction are crucial. With the combination of the Contagrip® MA outsole, the 3D Advanced Chassis, the puncture-resistant Enigma Zero HT2 insole, and the antistatic technology, all product requirements are met at the highest level. The OrthoLite® insole ensures a comfortable fit and additional cushioning inside the shoe, while the perforations in the sole support foot climate.
