The XA PRO FORCES GTX from Salomon is a modern, very light tactical boot for all conditions, designed for quick reactions in critical situations. Based on the popular XA PRO 3D from Salomon, this version has been specially adapted to the needs of special units.
The upper material must be both durable and extremely flexible. To meet these requirements, a non-reflective material blend of dirt-resistant mesh and single-layer mesh was chosen. The underlying GORE-TEX® membrane makes the boot an ideal companion in any weather. The 3D rubber toe cap protects the foot from impacts and ensures high comfort in rough terrain. The SensiFit™ system wraps the foot from the midsole to the Quicklace™ quick-lacing system to ensure a secure, precise, and almost custom fit. The inside of the boot has been reinforced with an additional material to support climbing and fast rappelling.
The performance and stability of the sole construction play a decisive role in use. The combination of Contagrip® MA outsole, 3D Advanced Chassis™, and EnergyCell cushioning meets all performance requirements. An OrthoLite® insole provides pleasant wearing comfort and additional cushioning, while perforations in the sole support a comfortable foot climate.
