The robust construction of the resin case and resin band as well as the nearly indestructible acrylic glass make the watch a companion for everyday life: whether it is hot or freezing cold, the material does not suffer, is lightweight, and easy to wear. The size can be adjusted with a buckle. Pressing the side button activates the LED light and a diode illuminates the display. The time and date only need to be set once and then run continuously. Date, day, and time are displayed as desired in 12 or 24-hour format.
For all athletes, the stopwatch is interesting as it records time accurately to 1/100 and measures elapsed time as well as split and end times. A period of up to one hour can be measured. A daily alarm can be set to provide an acoustic signal as a reminder for recurring events. While its bigger brothers are waterproof, the F-91W-1YEG model cannot be worn for swimming but is splash-resistant. The water resistance classification (WR) according to ISO 22810 means the model is waterproof according to DIN 8310 or ISO 22810, so it can withstand light splashes.
